DELAYED ORDERS:
If you are experiencing issues or delays with your order, my apologies for the inconvenience as I get all my ducks in a row and try to fix any issues as fast as possible. If you did not know, TikTok has removed my accounts and are about to be permanently deleted off of TikTok, which is a very huge concern as this is my job , on top of the current issues USPS has been losing several orders which is why a lot of you have shipping confirmation or tracking but no update USPS has stated several times that it is just lost in transit to a fulfillment center which is why I do have an insurance company i work with which covers a full refund or replacement, but due to the higher amount of issues and estimated 10% of daily shipped orders that are being lost because of USPS ISSUES. Insurance has been harder to work with. The Valentines collection has also been canceled to make sure my full attention is on pending orders and pending issues. Also remember that if you selected tracking at check out, you will receive tracking, but if you did not select tracking at check out, you will only receive a shipping confirmation no physical tracking, I apologize again for the delays and hope you understand that this small business is fully run and done by only me (Drew) I will make sure to get everything done throughout February and make sure every issue is resolved until then. Cancellation or Refunds?
From Carrington has a NO REFUND Policy as each item is made per order. We do not offer cancellation of any kind under any means. Please make sure all you information for your order is correct before purchasing as we are not responsible if it is not.
How Long Will it Take To Get my Necklace?
Since each piece is carefully handmade, please allow 7-14 days of creation before your order is shipped out. You will receive a shipping confirmation email and tracking number once your order is shipped. Delivery varies depending where you are located,
PRE ORDER ITEMS TAKE LONGER TO SHIP DUE TO PRE ORDER ITEMS BEING WAITLISTED. PRE ORDER CAN TAKE AN ADDITIONAL 3-8 WEEKS.
What Is Shipping with Insurance ?
This shipping option is available at checkout which means that if your item is damaged or loss while in transit we will Re-ship your order at no added cost to you, This only applies for order with Regular Standard Shipping With Insurance called ( Standard With Insurance)
What material are the necklaces made of?
**For the best care of your jewelry, do not shower with your items. If your items do turn, it can be caused by a metal-to-skin oil reaction. As each person's body oils make different metals react differently, it is not our responsibility to return or exchange your item. We apologize in advance. However, we do offer cleaning and repair services for a fee. Please contact our customer service team for further details at FROMCARRINGTON@GMAIL.COM for an assessment and we will send you a free estimate.
Avoid wetting, sweating sleeping with your jewelry to maintain its color and form for a longer time. Jewelry worn in the shower will not rust, however, if handled with care they may last for years.

From Carrington has a no refund policy due to every jewelry piece being made per order.

From Carrington is not liable if a mail carrier loses or damages an order.
Damages?
Please email FROMCARRINGTON@GMAIL.COM within 24hrs of your receiving your item if you notice anything wrong with your order, But we are not liable for mail carrier loses or damages products. We offer a repair service.
What if my necklace does not fit?
Please Email us immediately after you order your necklace if you would like to request for your necklace to be a longer length! Our chains start from 16 inch length unless the description says otherwise, however you can request An extension or purchase an extensions we offer.
How much is USA shipping?
Domestic shipping is 3-4 $. All orders are shipped within 5-14 business days of purchase as jewelry is handmade! A confirmation email and tracking number will be sent you your email.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we do! Calculated at checkout
How can I track my Package/s?
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking code.
What if I put in my wrong address?
PLEASE DOUBLE TRIPLE CHECK ALL INFORMATION BEFORE CHECKING OUT AS SELLER IS NOT LIABLE FOR INCORRECT INFORMATION.
What if my package is lost?
From Carrington is not responsible for items that are lost by the mail carrier or by any shipping service. For that reason we offer insurance on packages incase of any inconvenience.
What if my package was returned to the sender?
If your package is returned to us for any reason, you will be responsible for the package to be sent again. We will email you an invoice for the price of the return shipping label. Please check all addresses before submitting your order.
*** In the instance when your package is sent back to us because of an insufficient address provided by the customer, we will charge a resend fee. Please double check all addresses before placing an order. In the case you would not like your package sent back, we charge a restocking fee of $15 USD and a cancellation fee of 25% order value in USD. The fee will be deducted from your order refund amount total.
